Terms of Service

InteliFactu is a SaaS platform for automated invoice processing using artificial intelligence, which enables:

• Structured data extraction.
• Automated validation.
• Export to ERP or accounting systems.
• Integration via REST API.

To access certain features you must:

• Create an account.
• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your credentials confidential.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out under their account.

The customer agrees to:

• Not use the platform for illicit activities.
• Not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the technology.

InteliFactu reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these conditions.

The customer is responsible for the content of uploaded invoices. VIBRA LAB S.L. acts as data processor when processing personal data on behalf of the customer.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Reasonable measures are taken to ensure continuous availability. However:

• Total absence of interruptions is not guaranteed.
• Scheduled maintenance may be carried out.

The total liability of VIBRA LAB S.L. shall in any case be limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.

No liability is accepted for:

• Financial decisions based solely on processed data.
• Indirect losses or loss of profit.

VIBRA LAB S.L. may update these terms when necessary for:

• Regulatory compliance.
• Product evolution.
• Service improvement.
